Creative grooming is becoming more and more popular, not just within the world of dog groomers, but the pet owner is getting involved too.
Creative can begin with any little flourish which sits outside a traditional groom. Something as simple as adding a bow, attaching a bandana, or adding a slight twist to a routine haircut can add some pizazz to your dogs day. Why not add that little bit of flair to your dogs style?

In dog grooming, the welfare of the dog always comes first. Therefore all products used for creative, whether add-ons, temporary or semi permanent colour, are safe, non toxic and approved for use on dogs.
The dog must also be suitable for what you have in mind. If your dog does not enjoy being groomed, or is not keen on attention from people, then creative is not the way to go.
A creative dog should adore being pampered, love being groomed, and wallow in human attention. For a dog like this, a creative grooming experience is a win win situation.
Extreme Creative Grooming Competitions
Since starting grooming in 2010, I have developed a love and addiction for poodles and now own three standard poodles. My first poodle came from Su Eld-Weaver (an international grooming champion) who introduced me to creative grooming. It has now become a passion of mine and I compete in as many creative grooming competitions as I can. I have achieved numerous 1st places, including Creative Best in Show at K9 Expo and Best in Show at the Extraordinary Grooming Show. Below are pictures of what we have done so far.
